Pull and release the penguin, then aim for the best total over ten shots. Your stopping position determines your points. Simply passing close to the fish does not score.
Aim first, then adjust the pull
Pull in the opposite direction to where you want to go. For a fish above and to the right, pull down and to the left. A longer pull sends the penguin farther.
If you overshoot, try a shorter pull next time. If you stop short, try a longer one. Wait for the penguin to stop, then select “Next fish.” Check the new fish’s position and adjust your direction as well.
A combo, followed by an overshoot
In the mouse-play example below, the first shot earned “Spot on!” and 5 points. A second “Spot on!” earned 6 points with a two-shot combo, bringing the total to 11. Consecutive “So close!” or “Spot on!” shots build a combo.
For the third shot, a longer pull sent the penguin past the fish and beyond the outer circle. It earned 0 points and ended the combo, but the existing 11 points remained. The example shows why pull length matters as well as direction.
